3 days 2 nights, Tafaria castle & county lodge

Tafaria Castle is located in rural Kenya on a hill, next to the scenic Aberdare ranges overlooking the Laikipia plains and Mt Kenya.

Day 1:

Transfer from Nairobi at 8 am and drive through the scenic park, see the waterfalls and as you descend and exit the park, watch plenty of games including some of the big. Exit the pack and arrive at the Castle for 4 pm tea and snacks. Leisure time at the Castle, dinner, and coffee at our bailey lounge.

Day 2:

After breakfast, take a drive to the park next door and commence a 5 to 8-hour hike to the theatre of Heaven and discover and experience the twin rocks, the lost pyramid, the dragons teeth, the castle of love, and other amazing rock formations with the ultimate being the Satima peak. This theatre of heaven is a hiker’s paradise and ideal for both hikers and non-hikers.
